In the present world, there has been a great amount of improvement in medical services through technology and science. Developed methods treatments are invented, thousands lives also saved. Day by day, new doors innovation inventions being opened this sector. But spite these developments, is black dot that which adding to health issues population, called "Medical Negligence". It's breach “duty care" standard on part personnel charge, having liability fulfil eventually leading occurrence "medical negligence ". The determination cases “medical negligence", complex one. regard, paper opts discuss question as well legal consequence such violation basic human rights under International Human Rights Law.
